Describe the service handoff as carefully as delivery
Give the rental contact the approved entrance, visiting window and person who can authorise access. Explain whether check-in is needed at every visit. Keep these operational details with the proposed units, dates and service arrangement rather than sending only a billing address.
Keep the site instructions current
Report changes to the manager, entrance or working schedule before the next visit. Ask how extra service, extensions and pickup are confirmed. A property rule change does not automatically reach the rental team unless someone updates the accepted instructions.
Does check-in cover recurring service or only delivery?
Ask the property contact how each agreed visit will be admitted. If the first delivery uses a special receiving arrangement, confirm what happens afterwards and give the provider a current contact. Record any approved revision with the rental instructions so a later service visit is not dependent on finding the original purchaser at the gate.
