Connect the contractor and property manager
A contractor may order sanitation while another person controls the entrance and placement. Bring both roles into the Aventura rental conversation. Explain the crew pattern and which permanent bathrooms workers may use so the temporary facilities address the actual workday.
Maintain access between trades
Ask who will keep the position and cleaning approach available as materials and other contractors arrive. Discuss washing, supplies and service alongside quantity. Confirm a revised arrangement if work changes the entry or moves to another area; do not relocate equipment without instructions.
Who is responsible when the contractor is not there?
A site lead may finish work before a manager or receiving contact changes shift. Identify who can answer an access question during the agreed supplier windows and keep that person informed of the accepted placement. Explain new trades or working areas before they change the use pattern or block the route needed to support the facilities.
- Contact during agreed supplier windows
