Prepare two contacts when the roles differ
Identify both the ordering person and the person approving entry and placement. Give the business the property address and the authorised approach. Explain surface conditions, obstacles and utility information relevant to the proposed equipment, not only a preferred spot on a plan.
Check the instructions against later visits
Ask how cleaning and collection will access the same area after other work or event equipment arrives. Keep a backup contact and record revisions. Speak with the business before moving a unit or changing a connection that the accepted arrangement depends on.
Check the handoff against a visit after the first day
Imagine a scheduled supplier arriving while the original organiser is away. Confirm who admits the visit, where the provider should go and how an obstruction is resolved. Keep the accepted instructions accessible to the relevant contacts and update them when the property changes, rather than relying on the one person who remembers the first delivery.
