Specify the amenity the property needs
For an Aventura enquiry, explain whether the requested improvement is flushing, washing or another feature. Ask which model is proposed and compare its functions with a standard cabin. A deluxe label alone does not identify the equipment or the support it requires.
Check the feature against the access plan
Review placement, supplies and servicing before accepting the upgrade. Tell the business about restricted visiting hours or shared access. If the preferred equipment changes the footprint or service needs, obtain the property contact’s approval for the revised arrangement.
Have the extra feature included in the approved brief
Name the flushing, washing or other amenity that matters, then ask how the offered model provides it. Review any resulting change in installation or support with the property contact. An upgrade should still work within the accepted position and service arrangement; it should not depend on an unapproved assumption about space or supplies.
