If an Aventura property needs a separate outdoor toilet for a temporary stay, describe that need directly. Do not assume a cabin order includes RV tank service or vehicle connections. Confirm that the property permits the intended use and proposed position before booking equipment.
Allow a service visit when occupants are away
Discuss the entry process and responsible contact for the rental period. Review washing, supplies and collection along with the equipment. Confirm date changes with the business rather than assuming a vehicle departure updates the rental arrangement.
Check permission for the equipment as well as the stay
Explain the outdoor facility or separate vehicle service being requested and ask the provider to confirm what is available for that location. Have the property contact review the equipment position and access. Keep the rental contact informed of travel changes so an altered stay is not mistaken for an accepted extension or pickup request.
