Confirm both visits within the property’s available windows
A short gathering or repair may use facilities briefly while installation and removal require separate arrangements. Give the provider the permitted receiving times and the person authorised to admit each visit. Confirm the offered equipment and period before relying on the requested date; limited use does not remove the need for property approval.
