Compare guest comfort with property constraints
Choose the essential amenities, then check the proposed cabin or trailer against venue access and utilities. Review privacy, walking routes and accessible facilities with the wedding coordinator. A photograph can suggest a style but does not establish the actual model available.
Confirm the whole-day requirement
Include setup teams and cleanup time alongside guest hours. Name the person who can approve the delivery position and respond to service questions. Keep the supplier’s collection instructions available after the coordinator’s main event duties have finished.
Make the coordinator and manager agree on the same position
The coordinator may focus on the guest experience while the manager controls delivery and utilities. Bring both into the discussion of the actual proposed equipment, walking route and placement. Keep the accepted instructions available during setup so a decorative or seating change does not quietly remove the approach on which the restroom arrangement depends.
- Guest and supplier routes considered together
- Model and utility responsibilities agreed
- Final instructions available during setup
